Volunteer with International Ministry
Do not forget to
entertain strangers,
for by so doing
some people have
entertained angels
without knowing it.
Hebrews 13:2
With many special events, consider
volunteering to help our international
friends prepare meals, enjoy local
cultural activities, join local families for
holidays or more... Contact Hannah
McCulloh (292-5005) to let her know
your particular gifts.

International Children's Ministry

While parents are in English classes, children enjoy learning and playing with volunteers.
These volunteers can be high schoolers, college students, adults with children, or retired.
Teaching

Volunteers teach classes in English, guide Bible studies, and
share other skills such as quilting, knitting, composition or
typing. The students are eager and happy to have a teacher.
We provide curriculum
; all you need is an hour a week!

No experience required!
Friendship and Hospitality

Conversation partners meet about an hour every two weeks so that the international friend
can practice conversational English or ask questions about American culture. Worship
buddies sit with an international during the 11 AM service to help them navigate the hymnal
and bulletin. These initial interactions often blossom into true friendships where we can shine
and share our Christian faith.
Connecting with Resources

Do you know how to find free or inexpensive furniture? Do you have a knowledge of how to
apply for assistance? Do you have a vehicle to move things? Can you drive people to
appointments, or bring them to church with you for services or fellowship events?
