Peer Ministry
Who are they?
Peer Ministers are about hospitality.
They are students who have a knack
for welcoming and listening, and
receive additional training and
encouragement through retreats and
weekly meetings.
What do
they do?
These students help our pastors share
the love of Jesus by establishing
contact with students who have
attended services and inviting students
to worship and other events at
Memorial. Peer Ministers can help a
student find their niche in the church.
You will also see the peer ministers
when they greet worshippers before the
11 AM service on Sundays.
International Peer Ministers focus
on reaching out to international
students, and also build bridges
between international and American
students.
